New Project in Preparation
As part of the further development of its tourism segment, Sigillum Group is developing a new hotel-residential project with over 100 accommodation units, in partnership with a renowned American hotel group. The project will unite a modern hotel concept, premium amenities and a contemporary lifestyle, with a focus on outstanding design, quality of service and an attractive location. The complex is planned to open in 2028, with more information about the project to be announced soon.
